QUICK ANSWERS FROM THE FAQ

Yes, this is possible! It’s no longer possible to group Friends Zones beforehand, but upon arrival at the festival you can ask the staff present to group your Friends Zones.
Please note that you cannot group Friends Zones of different types together (e.g. Friends Zone Basic + Friends Zone Luxury), and all Friends Zones included in your request must be located on the same campsite.

If you’re experiencing any problems with purchasing tickets, accessing your tickets, or using the ticket shop, please contact our ticketing partner directly at [email protected]. Their support team will be able to assist you with any ticket-related questions or technical issues as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, Liquicity Festival does not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, it is possible to resell your ticket(s) via the Liquicity Festival Resale Platform. You can find more information here.

You don’t have to buy a separate ticket for the campsite! Entrance to the campsite is included in every festival ticket. Only if you like to access the campsite on Thursday, you’ll need an extra Thursday Early Access ticket. Even with your day ticket (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), you can stay on the campsite and leave the following morning.

You will only receive a confirmation email of your purchase for now. The QR codes are unlocked later.

You can enter and re-enter the festival freely, as long as it’s within the campsite opening hours. The same applies to the parking, please note that the parking has separate opening hours. Leaving the festival is always possible, even outside of opening hours.
