QUICK ANSWERS FROM THE FAQ

Yes this is possible! Upon arrival at the festival you can ask the staff present to group your Friends Zones. You cannot group Friends Zones of different types together (e.g. Friends Zone Basic + Friends Zone Luxury). All Friends Zones included in your grouping request must be located on the same campsite.

If you’re experiencing any problems with purchasing tickets, accessing your tickets, or using the ticket shop, please contact our ticketing partner directly at [email protected]. Their support team will be able to assist you with any ticket-related questions or technical issues as quickly as possible.

You don’t have to buy a separate ticket for the campsite! Entrance to the campsite is included in every festival ticket. Only if you like to access the campsite on Thursday, you’ll need an extra Thursday Early Access ticket. Even with your day ticket (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), you can stay on the campsite and leave the following morning.

You will only receive a confirmation email of your purchase for now. The QR codes are unlocked later.
