Cashless Restitution

You can submit a cashless restitution request until August 12th 2025, 11:00 CEST. After this date, any remaining balance is set to 0.

Backstage/Crew wristbands are excluded from restitution (crew, guests and volunteers)
Please, please, please (🙏!) make sure you fill in the correct data. Your cashless restitution will fail if you make any mistake in the ACC/CVC/IBAN/BIC fields. You must use the official IBAN/BIC formatting guidelines, otherwise our bank declines the transfer. It is your responsibility to enter the correct data and to enter this in the correct format.
If your cashless restitution request is correct, your funds will be transferred on September 1st. It can take a few days before the money is in your bank account.
If your restitution request fails due to incorrect input or input in the wrong format, we will try to give you the opportunity to resubmit your request (additional 1 LIQ fee), but this opportunity is not guaranteed.
