Cashless Restitution

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  1. This form can only be used to correct your earlier restitution request which failed for specific reasons.
  2. If you are part to this group, you will have received an email with a Resubmission Code which is needed to fill out the form below.
  3. Make sure you use the same ACC as your initial request (matching the Resubmission Code in the email), or your resubmission request will fail.
  4. You can submit your resubmission request until September 7th 2025, 23:00 CEST. After this date, any remaining balance is set to 0.
  5. Please, please, please (🙏!) make sure you fill in the correct data. Your cashless restitution will fail if you make any mistake in the ACC/CVC/IBAN/BIC fields. You must use the official IBAN/BIC formatting guidelines, otherwise our bank declines the transfer. It is your responsibility to enter the correct data and to enter this in the correct format.
  6. If your cashless restitution request is correct, your funds will be transferred on September 19th. It can take a few days before the money is in your bank account.
  7. If your restitution request fails due to incorrect input or input in the wrong format, you will lose your funds.
