Cashless Restitution

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1. You can submit a cashless restitution request until August 6th, 11:00 CEST. After this date, any remaining balance is set to 0.
2. Fill out the form once per wristband/card
3. ‘Backstage‘ Cards are excluded from restitution (crew, guests and volunteers)
4. Please, please, please (🙏!) make sure you fill in the correct data. Your cashless restitution will fail if you enter the wrong ACC/CVC/IBAN/BIC. You must use the official IBAN/BIC formatting guidelines, otherwise our bank declines the transfer. It is your responsibility to enter the correct data and to enter this in the correct format.
5. If your cashless restitution request is correct, your funds will be transferred on September 1st. It can take a few days before the money is in your bank account.
6. If your restitution request fails due to incorrect input or input in the wrong format, we will try to give you the opportunity to resubmit your request (additional 1 LIQ fee), but this opportunity is not guaranteed.
