If you have lost something at Liquicity Festival 2022 follow these steps:
1 Head to the camping shop and ask the staff if your item has been found. It might take a while before somebody finds your item so make sure to visit the shop again before leaving the festival.
2 Check this page (https://lost.liquicity.com) each day during the festival. We will upload pictures of all found items each day.
3 If your item has not been found during the festival please email to events@liquicity.com.
4 Put ‘Lost Item Liquicity Festival 2022’ in your subject line.
5 Give a detailed description of your lost item including a photo if possible.
6 Make sure to include your contact information!
7 You will receive a confirmation email stating we’ve added your missing item to our lost & found database. Items that have been found but not picked up during the festival will be stored at the Liquicity office in Amsterdam.
8 We will contact you through email if your item is in our database and has been found. You can pick up your item in Amsterdam after making an appointment. If you live outside of the Netherlands you can receive your lost item through package delivery. Shipping costs have to be paid in full by you beforehand. Liquicity is not liable for your package in any way. Please be aware that it can take some time to process all shipments.
9 Items that have been found but not claimed will be donated to charity after 3 months.
